EngiBrewing is a Complementary Education (CE) Course offered by Dalhousie in correlation with the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students (CFES). The course will host 30 to 40 of Canada's, and some of the world’s, brightest and most enthusiastic engineering students. The purpose of this course is to expose students to the field of brewing science in Canada and to identify the future of this exciting industry. Engibrewing will be an engaging week long course, consisting of lectures, brewery tours, taste testing, and other fun events. Much of the material will be taught by Dr. Alex Speers, who is part of the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. Not only is this a valuable learning experience for students, it's also a great networking opportunity and a chance to make new friends from around our nation, and throughout the world.
