Welcome any suggestions on beers that are a 'must try'! I'm open to most styles, but am partial to IPA, DIPA, Belgian Tripels, a good RIS, Saisons (not a huge fan of lagers, wheat beers, or porters but if you think a reccomendation would change my mind, throw it out there!).
