Hello guys,

This really set me off, I honestly want to protest this bull. This is some hard core Orwellian bull crap and I propose a brew in. Think sit in but with boil kettles and wort. Lol. I fell like it would show that us home brewers/craft brewers are here to stay and we will not be regulated and sued away. The trial is supposed to be on the 28th and Im going to call and talk to the owner tomorrow to see what they think of a Brew In. I had thought I would brew off some wort, (I'm all grain so it takes some time) then set up my burner and brew down some beer to show my support. Also i would contact ATV and CBC as well as do a sort of press release. But heres the thing. Ive never done this before, protest that is (ive brewed plenty lol) and I need some ideas and input. Me and my brew buddies will definately do this if we can. My ideal position would be parked outside the court house when the trial is going on but I feel like there would be some MAJOR hurdles there. However Im gonna look into it.
Thanks for hearing me out. Brew on and Hop the hell out of it.

I'm not all that pleased by this, to say the least. But I can't see me doing any kind of protest. AFAIAC, this u-vint situation was hauled into the courts by one of the people now embracing the idea. I'll make my protest at the ballot box.

We should all bring out our all grain systems down to nslc headquarters and do a brew as a protest and have full in picket lines.

Oh? A certain wine-making supply company who, surprisingly, didn't get included in this injunction?mr x wrote:I'm not all that pleased by this, to say the least. I'm not sure what the story is there...certainly more than one angle.

I like the way you think, Anathema. I'm guessing I won't be able to attend the brew-in during the workday, let us know what the guys you contact say. We can use our social media connections to raise awareness.
