Wreckoning

Post by Graham.C » Mon Mar 04, 2013 3:20 pm

So I had an old bottle of Wreckoning that got shipped up to me from NASH. I had been saving it to age but half a year got the best of me. A buddy down in Alma throws a party the second last weekend of every February where we ski, snowshoe, toboggan, and generally just enjoy the snow. I brought along the bottle of Wreckoning on our snowshoe. It was shortly after one of those dumps of snow a few weeks back, everything was covered in white. About three hours in we found a ledge and sat overlooking one of the bigger valleys in Fundy National Park and each of us pulled out a beer. I won. Wreckoning was damn good, very damn good and I wish I had more to drink. Although I am sure the location helped (3 hour hike from nowhere), but my tastebuds were happier from the beer then my eyes were from the view (which is saying a lot since I love hiking). I don't have pic's but we had three GoPros going and I'll post some footage when it all gets edited and put together.
Excellent work :NASH:

I love RIS and the Wreckoning barrell aged that NASH makes is amazing! Hard to top that beer. Got in to Rock Bottom last month and tired it along with the Double IPA and Chocolate Stout. I wish they were able to fill growlers of it because I enjoy it so much.
