Yea, Liberals at their finest. Living in Ontario and making my own beer gives me a nice, warm feeling knowing that these thieves don't get my tax money for beer. They don't deserve a dime.

Chalmers and I met Sam Calagione in NYC a few years back and when we told him where we were from he instantly asked about Granite Brewing :cheers2:
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I do give him credit for being a "Pioneer", but I wish his produce was better, not infected and stable.

I still love the bucket though.

That picture requires a minivan on jackstands and a significant pile of cigarette butts.

A little article on Garrison's expansion across Canada. Interesting to see how things will change now that Alberta has jacked up taxes on non-west coast craft.

If it cost $1 billion to buy Ballast Point how much is Sierra Nevada worth?
