Awesome...I'm working again. How's the clarity coming along? Who's trying the ditch the soup? The new chef or the 'Consultant'?
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Both I think. Siting low sales as the sales mix shows from Last Oct 1st   And high food cost. Obviously it didn't hit the menu until December and my way of thinking is if it's too high food cost put the price up or consider it a lost leader to develop a following for those with a discerning palate. 'You gotta go to Rockbottom for...' BTW the other new guy is GM not a consultant.

The BPA cleared quite a bit but still a little cloudy. I'll fine it this week, I expect it to clear up nicely, still going to be a while before the schwarz sells out to get it on tap :cheers2:

Time to put on a Brewnosers schwarzbier drive to drink that up and get them brewing something.

Indeed!

Anyone in the area want to help out on a brew tomorrow for a while?

Perfect I'll see you then. :cheers2:

The tickets are tough to avoid through the week. Likely best to park in one of those pay lots, a couple of them close by on side streets, they likely have a max charge for $12 or something for the day.

Yes you do, the main front entrance. If it's locked beat pound yell and scream. I'll try to keep an eye out for you :cheers3:

I'm sticking to one 'helper' at a time since it starts getting a bit crowded with three but I'll get you in at some point. No wort payment unless I need you to do some nice grunt-work though  :spilly:

Well well well...

Brewday complete. Hell of a day, brew went great until I went to the bathroom and came back to find mr HPHunter trying to steal all my recipes and.... my HOPS!!! Fucker. He was half-way through copying all my epic recipes on to 1.44mb floppy disks so I body-slammed him straight into the mash tun, closed the manway and left. :wtf: :pow: :headbang: :rocky:

I'm a god-damned rockstar!
Without a doubt, the most interesting person you’ll come across on the Atlantic Canada beer scene is brewer extraordinaire Greg Nash. The man simply known as “Nash” has been described as “some sort of demi-god” and as a “hop genius” with “a national reputation for uncompromising, assertive, slap-you-in-the-face hoppy beer — he loves his hops and it shows”.

Nash and I have exchanged emails in order to complete the following......

Your computer has a floppy drive? You should give him credit just for finding some disks to use in it.
