What time is the Hart & Thistle open tomorrow? I am hoping to try the porter before I head back to Fredericton for the week.

Geez you'll be needing the recipe then. Or maybe it's an excuse for a cloning comp. Actually I've been thinking of a collaboration with y'all, maybe an H&T/Brewnosers collaboration series of brews....

Collaboration? That sounds subversive to me...NASH wrote:Actually I've been thinking of a collaboration with y'all, maybe an H&T/Brewnosers collaboration series of brews....

Re: Hart & Thistle Thread
I have been trying to find time to work up a potential BrewNosers beer done as a contract brew in a brewery with packaging. With Nash as brewer. Sort of finding a way to legally have his beer in our fridges.
I have occasionally registered the name "Brewnosers" with the joint stocks, just to keep it from being abused by any local breweries (anyone know who might be so arrogant as to try that?)
Propeller do not currently have capacity for such an endeavour, but I was thinking that The Granite might. And Kevin does have that canning machine there, not assembled or working or anything yet.
Thoughts? Some of you may recall the Sharp Angus Hemp Beer that used to be brewed at Propeller - that was a contract brew, released under their license.

Kevin's a pretty good guy. He may not be up for a collaboration brew but he's offered his brewery to me on a couple of occasions, most recently during start-up of the H&T to come and brew up a batch or two to hold us over until we had the system up and runningbenwedge wrote:All I have to say is this: http://www.thecoast.ca/halifax/the-brew ... rewmaster5Brewnoser wrote:Propeller do not currently have capacity for such an endeavour, but I was thinking that The Granite might.
