Glad you're liking it! A bit of a mind-fuck how it's so fruity and juicy then has that lil' touch of sulfur in an otherwise clean, slightly short finish making its lager roots known. Loving the Aussie hops!

The big 3 - APA, IPA, DIPA, and the current seasonals are Stout and IPL.

I went with the DIPA, IPA and IPL and two new growlers because i only sent him up with one. Should be back in town tonight for some overdue consumption.

Retail store is open from noon to 8 p.m. today, closed New Years Day.

Pub is closed today but open New Years Day @ 2:00 p.m. for pints, snacks and growler fills.

Last pour of it I had was roasty and bitter but I didn't get a lot of hop flavor. Now I'm getting a lot. I did have a touch of a cold then but I wouldn't have thought it would cause such a big difference in perception. I've been wrong before (and will be again, probably later today even).

I guess it could also be that this has sat for a week or it could also be temperature (it was dead cold right when I poured it but the roast is coming through quickly as it warms).
