OBK shipping sale

Heads up! Many brewnosers maybe aware of this but i wasn't so I thought I would share. I saw a new product from OBK (Mash Caddy) and I saw a .99$ shipping sale, it appeared to be a map of Canada on the promotional ad. Went to place my order only to find out NS is not included in the promotion. Appears the shipping promotion ends in NB. I emailed them for clarity and expressed my disappointment, also let them know it wasn't the $20-$30 shipping bothered me most, it was that fact the NS was cut off. There reply was it was expensive to ship and they are shipping at a loss now, however I can't imagine BC is any cheaper. My .02$.

Hi Ken. Thank you very much for pointing out your frustration. Our response we could not afford it correct.

B.C is actually really cheap for us. We have just enough volume on the West that we can send a truck to Calgary and deposit items for local rates.

If our volume gets large enough that we can pass savings on to the East. It will be done without haste.
