I have a bunch of those white plastic buckets you get from NG that are scratched and stained and no longer fit to ferment in, so I store it in those. For smaller amounts of specialty grains from the group buys I just leave them in the clear plastic bags and put them in a big rubbermaid container.

If you're in a position to wait on them going on sale and/or you're not picky on color you might consider
these pet food containers. I purchased two of the 55 lb version in the smoke color last year and they've been great. They hold 25 kg bags without issue.
For specialty grains I've picked up several of the
Oxo Good Grips airtight containers at a steep discount over time at Winners or Homesense.

I bought half a dozen of
https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.19l5 ... 84675.html at home depot, with a lid and HST each is $10.86. 2 of these, plus a 1 gallon ziploc bag will hold a 55lb bag of grain.

Rubbermaid container for base malts. Not airtight, but if you're storing in a cool, dry, insect and rodent free area, they're good value for money, and stackable.

I bought a bunch of the Home Depot 19L food grade buckets for $5.50 a pop. Takes 2 to hold a 25kg bag of malt.
https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.19l5 ... 84675.html
I was using the non food grade lids ($3)
https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.19l5 ... 36945.html
but I see they have food grade ones with a spout too that I didn't see in stores for only ($4)
https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.19l5 ... 84936.html
So $17 to store a 25kg bag foodsafe. I was pretty happy with them, my coworker recently left the country and sold me 5 Vittles Vaults so I'm moving towards that once I use the grain that was in them. The nice thing about the bucket solution is even if you don't need them for grain storage buckets are always handy to have while brewing

Bought a bunch of these:

Same size as the ones Dan mentioned, 25kg bag fit into 2 pails.
