Need help with witbier making tonight please

I’m making a Belgian witbier tonight on robobrew system with escarpment labs fruity wit yeast how long do I need to ferment it until I bottle it? Please and thank you

I'm assuming you have something to take gravity readings with? Don't rush it, and wait till you your readings are stable for a few days. In the past something like a wit has taken me a couple of weeks to hit its FG.
On tap: APA, Dubbel, Dark Mild

if you don't have a hydrometer (you should) then i'd let it sit 3 weeks in primary

I do have a hydrometer. So I should ferment it until I hit my desired alcohol content?!? Sorry really new to this.

It will ferment as much as it can and stop on its own. When there are no more signs of fermentation happening take a gravity reading. Wait 3 days and take another. If the two readings are the same then it has finished fermenting completely. If they are different wait a few more days. You want to see a consistent gravity reading. Once you've got that you're ready to package your beer

I made a blood orange wit beer about a 5 weeks ago. Other than the colour being a bit more golden than I expected(I think due to everwood not having the proper pils malt in) it turned out great. I also used the robobrew. I let it ferment for 2 weeks while ramping the temp up from 70 to 75 degrees. Then Put it into a secondary for another 1.5 weeks.
Kegged: Maritime Fog (NEIPA), All Ryell'ed Up (Rye APA)
Fermenting: Seltzer Water
On deck: Something over the Holidays
In the hole: ...

Thanks to everyone PMackie I wish I had a way to raise and lower temp in my storage room. Maybe some day I’ll buy a space heater lol

If your storage room is cool enough, just buy one of those heating belts and an inkbird temperature controller. It will at least allow you to raise the temp as you ferment.
