Fredericton this Thursday (14th)
Going to stopping in Fredericton this Thursday (Mar 14th) on my drive out west. Staying downtown, going to be grabbing some grub and a pint somewhere. Any local Brewnoser's up for joining me? Also open to suggestions on where to go for said grub/pint.
Cheers,
Cheers,

Was there a few weeks ago, and spent a few university years in that town. The Snooty Fox is a good place for beer and general pub food. They carry a lot of local beer (Picaroon's), and if you like what you try their brew store is just down the block.

Thanks Geoff, I'll be sure to check out the Snooty Fox as an option.

A few of us went to the Lunar Rogue on Saturday, had 4 or 5 decent taps. The Fox and Rogue are around the corner from each other.

The Garrison District Ale house used to be the place to go for beer, but I think it is still under renovations after a fire in January.
Here is their beer list:

If it is still under renos, Lunar Rogue, Snooty Fox and Dolan's Pub are all decent pubs. Brewbakers and the Blue Door are decent restaurants and I have also heard good things about Palate for food, but never tried it.

I was talking to Shane and Doug at the beer festival, and unfortunately they said they definitely won't be opening before mid-late June.gm- wrote:The Garrison District Ale house used to be the place to go for beer, but I think it is still under renovations after a fire in January.
