That was really fun! Glad I got to take part. Congratulations to Mark and the Brathair Brothers on their respective wins. I had fully expected a DIPA was going to win the Imperial round too.

Thanks to all the brewers for stepping up and the breweries for hosting! A lot of work went into this event, mostly on your part.
Personally loved Grisette, Night Stand, Galactic Underlord & The Little Engine That Couldn't from the first session, and was really into the whiskey bomb Boaty McBoatface in round 2. Congrats to the winners!

Re: Official Stillwell Thread
Two things for the interested beer fan:
-Stillwater Artisanal tap takeover this Saturday from noon, no tickets. Tap list coming today or tomorrow—promising & delicious ales from a well-hyped gypsy brewery
-Stillwell HQ is looking for a new bartender, someone looking to make a career on the service side of craft beer; someone as able to recommend the right hoppy beer or saison for the right moment & customer as they are able to scrub a floor at 3:30 in the morning. If you know anyone interested, have 'em email me, chris at barstillwell.com. Cheers all

That was fast! I'll be hitting up Seaport on Saturday, but hopefully there's some stuff left on Sunday.

Re: Official Stillwell Thread
Totally didn't realize the 6th was the same day as Seaport! Spend much time at Gord's Good Pallets table for it shall rule.
Re: Stillwater, there will prob be some leftovers on Sunday, though I will say that we've only got a single 20L keg of several beers.

Re: Official Stillwell Thread
I have a feeling I'll be jumping between the Cask table, which, thankfully, we'll be pouring, and Good Pallets. And then calling you, CPR, to come bring me up to the Mothership for some Stilly at Stilly action.

Re: Official Stillwell Thread
Hope some of you got to try the Stillwater beers while they were up; all solid with a few of them being really remarkable.
Next event is coming up soon, featuring a bunch of great beers from Liquid Riot out of Portland, ME. These guys are true, life-long beer freaks (and owners of Novare Res) who've been running their brewery for about three years. Styles run the gamut—they seem to brew basically what they feel like drinking at a given time, which is the way it ought to be probably. Cool hoppy beers, barrel-aged beers, sours & more, full tap lists on the FB page: https://www.facebook.com/events/174761306268200/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Cheers y'all

Cool! I'm actually heading down to Portland for the Belgian fest in September, so this will be a good way to whet the appetite.
