I've only recently became a beer drinker. I've always found that most beer would make feel sick after two or three. Most beer being Blue, Canadian, Coors, etc... Since I've been drinking home brew I haven't felt this at all. Corona was my beer of choice for along time as it didn't make me sick. I've also found that the garrison beers didn't bother me at all.
So is there some preservative in the beer that I have a sensitivity to? Or is it something else?
What is in the beer?

As far as I know, Corona has low levels of gluten... Do you feel the same sickness after a couple glasses of wine? Maybe you're a celiac!
Could your guts be reacting to wheat/barley??

Maybe the high carbonation and corn sugar were a bad mix.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Certainly "could" be. An award winning amateur beer maker friend in Ontario had to quit drinking beer for that reason.moxie wrote:As far as I know, Corona has low levels of gluten...
