Petit Sault

Post by Brewnoser » Sun May 31, 2015 6:05 pm

These guys had their booth at the New Brunswick Beer Feat this week. They now have a Pilsener and an IPA. BOth were excellent. They use a local maltster for the lager. And probably the other beers. The lager tasted very familiar from the table I judged at the CBA's. One that did well.

The IPA was 80 IBU and was full bodied and complex. Not a hop bomb, more like a hop land mine.

Watch for them.

Enjoyed the IPA. It's on tap at the ANBL growler stations this week.
