Hi everyone,
I have yet to brew my own batch, but have helped out a few friends. Looking to start brewing all-grain right away, not interested in brewing kits (come to think of it, we did brew from a kit back in university, and it turned out really good). I'm a beer enthusiast in every sense of the word. I tend to stay away from reds and weissens, but other than that, I don't discriminate. Looking forward to getting a lot of info from this site and accumulating a setup to brew my own beer.
I recently installed a beer tap in my home, and would like to be able to serve my own brew from it as soon as possible.

Welcome!
I'm almost jealous of all you guys having info at your fingertips to get into all - grain right from the start. In my day...
Good to see enthusiastic new members.
