Hey all, I have heard a lot about this group over the years, mainly through my dear old friend Aaron Hartling.
We are bringing a new cider to market in 2016 and I would like for this group to give a taste over and some feedback!
I was hoping to provide a sample for the brewnosers at the end of December or possibly January. We have 1200 Litres of our first batch coming mid December.
Our blend is made up of mainly heritage apples sourced on the north shore from peoples back yards.. the taste now is incredibly varied.. wouldn't mind even blending with a porter to see what would result!!
Here is a look at our website to see what we are about;

and our kickstarter to get things underway!
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ne ... adian-cide" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Lots of awesome kickbacks on there, love if you could check it out!
Looking forward to meeting some brewnosers and talking hops.
All the best.

Hi Dylan. What is objective of your post. Is it to publicise "New Scotland" Cider? Is it to attract investors? Are you looking for cider feedback from beer makers? It looks like from the title you are giving away cider, but I'm confused about the intentions of the post. Good luck with it all. Looks interesting.

Confused but intrigued, which is why I made the genuine enquiry. I sense a lot of enthusiasm and excitement. That's excellent.
ps. I'm pretty sure the other guys who replied on this thread might know a lot about making cider. Wine and spirits too. This forum is a good resource and may be useful for you. Also, welcome to the forum.
