Howdy from Waverley
I didn’t see this introduction forum; I was screwing around the classified ads looking for equipment. I was recently introduced to this forum and all-grain brewing from a long standing member, thanks Dave.
I have been making kits (cans and mostly Festa Brew) for the last 2 years and in the last year I started experimenting with different liquid yeasts and wet/dry hopping methods. Being too lazy to clean bottles, I have also built a keggerator (pics attached) for my kitchen and shockingly the wife likes it there….a huge domestic success;)
For my first solo batch, I plan on trying the Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Clone recipe on brew365.com, mainly because I love that beer and it seems simple enough for a beginner. My long term goal is to make a Goose Island Honkers Ale Clone; I lived in Chicago for a time and spent many a late night in their tasty, oh so tasty micro-brewery. Perhaps a member in this forum group has already figured out the recipe? I have not started my search…..baby steps.

Nice taps.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Welcome.
Man, I have that fridge but haven't got taps on the top yet. Now there's a project I have to finally get started on soon. Yours looks nice!
