And we even have a dedicated H&T thread on the forums. Post in it if you plan on going down, chances are there are fellow BrewNosers already there/heading there.

Here's the link to the topic : viewtopic.php?f=3&t=132

Hey Jamie. Good to see you here.

Jamie and his colleague Craig did the full-on brewing experience at BSNBB. Craig looked like he was trying for the full-on sunstroke too...

Some really nice setups there. I can't even imagine getting my entire brewing setup on the road - three sankes, two propane tanks, malt mill, a small potboiler and a 4' welded boiler/stand. Those young guys probably don't need more than a sleeping bag and a lightweight tent for camping - I might get the brewing equipment in the Honda Fit, but Marta insists on camping in style these days, so it's either brew or camp - not both.
Currently on tap: Nothing!
In keg: Still nothing.
In Primary: Doggone American Rye Pale Ale

Great event to meet some people at for sure.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Derek: Lucky I was able to ward off the sun-stroke by drinking more beer, it was a close call...
