Been reading posts for a while now and finally joined up. Great source of info, many of my questions have been answered here. I'm based in north end halifax and been brewing wine for 10 plus years, back into beer for the last couple. Got turned off home brewing beer early on by the cans of extract (what did I expect for $13?). Still doing partial mashes / extracts but just bought a keg set up. I still need a co2 tank but I'm planning to pick that up at everwood tomorrow (unless someone has a second hand tank to sell).
Current brews I have on are:
Primaries: nada

Secondary 1: CFA porter (just waiting for co2)
Secondary 2: Cabernet (need wine for dinner right?)
Bottles: American pale ale (Dave's), 1 lonely last bottle of 1820 IPA, lots of empties
Kegs: empty
Anyway thanks for the tips and glad to learn more from folks. Hoppy brewing!
Cheers, Sean
