
A good way to jump into all grain with just the pot, (so you can start trying recipes) is brew in a bag. I know that I am glad that I began all-grain beer brewing before I was able to get all of the equipment. I stopped buying equipment. lol.. this of course is just my opinion
Your setup is going to be sweet, you've obviously done plenty of research..
As for the recipe.. there are many really good ones, the one I drink and serve is
29 liters of water pre-boil (5 Gallon batch)
8lbs of malted 2 row
2.8 grams of centennial hops (10% alpha) boiled for 60 mins
