Greetings from Halifax
Happy Sunday - My name is Kaush - I reside in Halifax and I just finished bottling my second brew (Pale Ale) and starting my third and first ever Lager batch; I am excited but anxious as I have been told Lagers require strict temperature regulation. I look forward to any comments or suggestions you can provide on Lager brewing.
