Hey all!
My name is Brayson, and I've been a lurker for some time.
I have mainly brewed BIAB kits, but I've also done a couple dozen wine kits and 1 mead from scratch. I have played with some online recipes for 'kits hacks' like the Cooper's ginger beer.
I'm going to brew an 'Mad Jack' apple lager this weekend, and I'm really itching to get into all-grain brewing.
I have never been to a meeting, and am looking to make it to one so I can meet some fellow brewers!
Here are a couple pictures of my keezer I recently finished! On tap I have an Oatmeal Stout, an English Brown Ale, and 1 spare (probably for the Mad Jack clone!).

Re: Long time lurker, first time poster.
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.
