Hello from Summerside.
Only recently completed (and today bottled) my first kit, a BestCase kit.
Was so excited by the process I went to NG while in Halifax one week after starting the kit and bought the fixings for an all-grain BIAB 1 gallon batch which is currently doing well.
New to all of this, but happy to be discovering it.
I am a Nova Scotian ex-pat, having moved to Summerside for work almost one year ago.
