Hi,

New to the forum. I have been brewing from kits for the past 3 years. Interested in exploring some new brews and ciders.

Currently have an Oktoberfest, Canadian lager and a cider on the go. Glad the cool weather has arrived :cheers:

Edit: I am in Halifax, North End.
On Tap "in bottles": winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)
In Secondary:
In Primary: winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Next monthly meeting is Nov. 8. Check the "Events" section for more details. Great way to meet some of us in person, and share our beers.

Do we have a good write-up for the meetings with some pics? Might make for a good thread to link people to. Although I suspect a lot of people are hardcore lurkers before signing up.

Hey, I'd make most meetings... it's just that 1350 Kms is a bit over my budget right now, and missing all that time from work wouldn't go over well with the boss, let alone my employer :spilly:
