Hello from Hammonds Plains
Hello,
I've been told to stop lurking around your web site and join, so here I am. I've been brewing since 1999, I'm an all grain homebrewer brewing 40L batches once every month or so. In the cold weather I resort to Festa Brew kits and partial mash recipes. I use a gravity fed 3 tier brewing sculpture that's propane fired.
I began with extract kits, but I always thought it could be better - that was how I moved on to all grain brewing.
Thanks -Tim

Re: Hello from Hammonds Plains
Welcome
There are a few of us from Hammonds Plains kicking around this place. Perhaps we should rise up and create our own (sub)group!...Or just have a brew day here and there.
Sounds like an awesome setup. I'm just a couple of all-grains into my journey and I'm happy with my cooler MTL and stove for boiling...for the moment
Dave

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
