Hi all,
New member here from Truro. I've been an all grain homebrewer for almost a year now using a Brewzilla, but have worked in the industry professionally off and on for years.
Currently just trying to learn everything I can about the art and science of brewing, and exploring creating beers I want to both drink and make. I'm particular to European styles, but am also trying to branch out and explore the world of brewing, history and all. Very interested in farmhouse styles and making beers with local ingredients.
Hoping to meet some locals to discuss process and share beer and recipes with, as well as getting in on the group buys.
Looking forward to making everyone's acquaintance and participating in the forums.
Cheers!
Bobby
