Welcome!
I don't think we've got anybody who has admitted to being from the South Shore, but Hell Bay is based out of Cherry Hill, 45min towards Yarmouth.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

The South Shore is gods country! I grew up in Liverpool. Is there a homebrew shop in Lunenburg or Mahone bay?

There is a brew shop outside of Lunenburg and one in Bridgewater. Both carry brewhouse kits and cans of extract, if my memory serves me correct.
On Tap "in bottles": winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)
In Secondary:
In Primary: winter beer (spiced beer, nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, cloves)

Do you mean this place? The thought of a home brew shop/laundromat/car wash is hilarious. It could be an undercover U-brew with mash tuns and fermentors disguised to look like clothes washers and driers. Or, maybe they couldn't afford an outfit like DME so they hired Red Green to build their system.

I'm from the south shore - Fauxburg to be exact but I can see the Blockhouse 'border' from my bedroom window. Now I live in Halifax but I'm usually there one or two nights a week to see my parents/putter in the garden. The two local shops leave a lot to be desired...

I'm about 5 minutes down the road. I've never kegged before because I don't have the equipment but I think I'll be getting into it soon. It just has to be the right price... I would be interested in getting together sometime, maybe unearth some of the south shore closet brewers.
