Hey!
I'm new to BrewNosers and also to the beer making world. I'm an employee at Noble Grape and made the Noble White a couple weeks ago(awesome recipe!!) which is kegged and already half gone! I just had a brewing day yesterday and made the Pullers ESB and a Cerveza for the summer. Unfortunately I'm not into the all-grain brewing yet but I love what I'm drinking now. Hoping to gain some knowledge and recipes from Brewnosers
Drinking: ESB, Cerveza
In the carboy: Belgian wit, Blood orange raspberry wheat
Cerveza

Far from expert for sure, but I've tried enough beers to know what I like and don't like.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the
absolute letter.

I work at a bunch of different Noble Grapes. We have seven locations, I've never worked in the Fredericton one though. Mainly Bayers Lake and Quinpool. HAHA we don't serve beer at Bayers Lake, I was just getting a kegging lesson for my beer. It was my first time kegging! And it helps me to help the customers with their kegging questions.

Thanks for all the "welcomes". To the person who asked if I will soon be adding a tower to my bar, yes I am

Just bought a mini fridge for underneath my bar! Found an antique draft tap from a local antique shop. Pretty excited about it. And yes, sorry for any confusion, but I am a female haha

Drinking: ESB, Cerveza
In the carboy: Belgian wit, Blood orange raspberry wheat
