Hey Y'all
Rick from PEI! Glad to see there is an Atlantic Canadian brew forum and club!
I have been brewing off and on as long as I can remember, been doing partial mash for a few years now and want to get into all grain and eventually creating my own recipes from scratch.
Hoping to meet some like minded islanders and do my first all grain brew soon.

There is a group of Ilanders here, so you're in luck.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Hey Rick! I am also from the Island and have just recently gotten into all grain brewing myself! This is a great site with a lot of good information and knowledge, and its nice that it is from people that are close to home!

Welcome! Be sure to check out the IRL monthly Alelanders meetings to share great homebrew and interesting commercial beers.
