Scott from Kentville
I've been making beer from kits and bottling it for a long time and a few years ago I switched to kegging and extract. John Palmer's book changed my entire outlook and I'm now going all-grain. I just purchased one of those turkey fryers to use as a combined mash tun and kettle and hope to have my first batch of all-grain IPA on next week. I'm looking forward to taping into the collective brewnosers beer brain trust.

Scott

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Excellent, good to see another Valley Brewer. If you ever need help, parts, or assistance there is a good group of local guys that can help you out.
