Hangin out in Halifax.
Hey, I've been creepin on this site for a while reading stuff. My buddy got me into brewing and now we brew in his garage more often than I can afford lol. I don't have much to offer with insights, I've only made 1 all grain recipe, not going to post it until I see how it turns out lol. So don't expect any worthwhile advice from me. I have built a Kegerator and my buddy has a sweet Keezer. I've got one more fridge to convert, but can't decide whether to turn it into a lagering fridge or sell it as another kegerator.
and just so its out in the open, yes, I have a drinking problem. I have 2 hands, but only 1 mouth.

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

So how is it a problem if you can drink? Hang around here and you'll find more ways to get that beer into you

Re: Hangin out in Halifax.

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Ya, no problem. That whitehouse honey porter turned out awesome. I love it.
