New To Homebrewing
Hello everyone,
I am new to home brewing. My goal is to successfully brew 10 different beer kits before I try my hand at recipes. I am from New Brunswick and will be asking lots of questions! Looking forward to start.

Welcome aboard!
Ask away, we try to be a helpful bunch.
Where in NB are you, there might be some local folks who would be interested in meeting up to swap homebrew and homebrew stories.

Re: New To Homebrewing

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Re: New To Homebrewing
Welcome to the forum, Mike. I'm from Quispamsis and there are a couple of others from the SJ area. We actually have a home brewing club set up here and we're always looking for new homebrewers in the area. We typically meet about once every month or so for tastings and you're more than welcome to join us!

How did you find us?
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
