Title, location/brewery
Just me at home so let's call it Ernie's Brewhouse.

Where did you learn to brew?
"Learning" might be overselling it a bit but I'm getting there.

How did you start brewing?
I added yeast to some sweet liquid and kept it warm. It was a cheap beer kit in the UK back in about 1980. It was pretty poor but when you're 15, who cares.
How long have you been brewing?
Since then sporadically.
Where else/with whom else have you brewed?
Mainly just me in the UK but now here in NS. My wife's just starting winemaking (I prefer beer).
What’s your favourite style to brew?
A reasonably hopped (UK IPA style rather than West Coast IPA) pale ale. Am just starting out along the dry hopping route.
What’s your favourite beer to drink (other than your own)?
IUK - Draught - Most Real Ales (pales mostly with IPAs in there too). Bottled - St Peter's Organic Ale/Whitstable Bay Organic Alen Canada - Propellor Pale Ale and Pilsner/Garrison Pale Ale
Three words that describe your brewing style:
Obsessive Enthusiastic Amateur.
If you were going to collaborate with another brewer, who would it be and why?
Somebody who is brewing good, not overly hopped pale ale!
I am going to collaborate with a workmate on brewing proper cider this autumn making the press and all.
