Hello All,
I've been brewing on and off for the past few years, and have just started to get a bit more serious about it. I started out making mead, but very quickly moved on to beer. At the moment I have a rudimentary setup that allows me to brew half-grain-half-malt kits, but I'm thinking of making the move to all-grain this summer. I started poking around on the internet for information about all-grain brewing, and happened to come across this forum, so I figured I'd join up and get some tips from fellow Nova Scotians
Cheers,
Jerrian
