Annapolis valley new brewer

Hey, i'm brand new to the scene, started my first batch last week, which is a canadian cream ale, it's getting bottled this week-end, and then its off to the next batch which might be wine.. Been looking at the hobby/lifestyle for a while and decided to jump right in. Today i started a batch of super yeast 20% spirit or what ever it is lol. i don't have the package near me, anyways it was 7.99, and then 17.5 pounds of white sugar later, and a bunch of water its off to the races... In a week i need to charcoal filter it, put it in bottles and flavor it when i feel the need,
anyways glad to be here and look forward to all the info people have
