Hi.
Been brewing for a number of years, a survivor of the John Bull and Doric lme days of the early 70's...and then a foray in to homemade wine. I'm back to brewing and about to do my first all grain batch in the next few weeks hopefully. Recently did a Kolsch grain/malt extract kit that turned out really well even without liquid yeast. Anyway, hope to learn a bunch o' stuff, looks like a great site!
