Hi all. Been brewing Festa Kits for a few years and just recently decided to jump into all grain. Have done around 24 batches so far. Would love to meet with some other brewers on the island to learn from, as I'm running into issues and online support is only so helpful. Maybe split on a batch and help brew qith someo e with more experience. I've got almost 100lbs of pale 2 row and maris otter and lots of hops (mainly cascade)
Anyway, glad to be here!

At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.

Welcome aboard!
There is a PEI-centric sub-forum, too, if you have any PEI-specific questions or events going on: http://www.brewnosers.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=34" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Like us mainlanders, they meet monthly to share homebrew beer and chat, so hopefully you can make it out!

I don't use the site as much as I should but everyone I have contacted were very helpful. Great hobby and welcome.
