New Member - Charlottetown

Hi all,
I've been using this site as a resource, and figured it was time to introduce myself. I'm relatively new to brewing, with 5 batches under my belt (all-grain). I started with 1 gallon batches, and have now started 5+ gallon batches.
I've been using either spring water, or campden treated Charlottetown water so far, but am going to start playing with water chemistry this weekend.
