Welcome. I'm a pretty big fan of using beer in cooking. It's in a lot of my sauces and marinades.

I brewed a quad that didn't carbonate (left it for 6 months and then just gave up). I have been using it in lots of things. Flemish beef stew, beer-soaked french fries, any time I need to deglaze a pan, etc.
Enjoying: Black Sheep (Dark Farmhouse with Brett)
Fermenting: NZ Pale Ale, Orval Clone, Berliner Weisse, Brett APA
Planning: Old Rasputin Clone
