Hello all,
I just joined the forum to meet like-minded home brewers in and around Moncton, NB. I recently moved back to Canada after a 3-year stay in the Czech Republic.

I have some brewing experience, mostly using malt extracts. I recently inherited my friend`s extensive amount of brewing gear and am a bit intimidated by the prospect of all grain brewing.

I currently don`t have a good place to brew, so please touch base if you have access to a good space and are interested in collaborating on making some good all grain brews. I have grains, hops, a mill, a brewing kettle with a propane burner, a wort chiller, a conical fermenter and a full set of corny kegs with a CO2 bottle.

All the best.

Dan

:welcome: brewing all grain isn't as hard as it probably sounds from a lot of threads. Ask all the questions you want here and everyone will try their best to answer them and help you learn the process. :cheers:

Hello! Would you make a Pilsner Urquell PLEASE!. Fascinating history. It was the original Pilsner lager brewed in 1842. Still brewed in the original brewery (now owned SABMiller of course ...is nothing sacred!) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilsner_Urquell" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Canuck posted a great picture of it from when he was in Prague, and he said it was delicious! Looks delicious too. Canuck has since opened a brewery (Hammond River) down your way, and I hear makes very good beer.

Any way :welcome:

I had a bash at making one. Inspired by that picture. Got a few medals for it. It was good.
