Hi, I'm Eric and in Halifax, just stumbled on this forum.
Been homebrewing for a few years now originally to try to make ginger beer in a glass carboy that was, erm, "an acquired taste". The recipe has been evolving a lot since then and now I'm looking at starting from grain (malt is the sugar source) so I'm currently building boil keggle and probably a mash tun depending on how I figure out the process flow. Might also brew a normal beer at some point...
