Hey guys! New member here. My name is Eric, I've been brewing Festa Brew kits for years and got into partial mash last year. I recently got hired at the Water'n'Wine in Truro as the "beer guy", so I'm diving into all-grain brewing to learn all I can! I'm looking forward to learning and sharing recipes with you fine folks (and brewing delicious beer). Cheers!

Welcome Eric! Truro has a great brewing community...one that is obviously growing as well! You will have to attend our next meeting so you can meet the Truro crew! The next date will be posted on here...so keep your eyes peeled!

Awesome. They've been trying to grow into the all grain scene for a while at water n wine Truro, hopefully you can nudge them along...
