Check out some of the pairings, Critique.

I find a few of them odd,
Cider with wings? How much acid can one handle?!

Nevertheless, it will be good. BW always makes good tasty things!

It looks like the cider is the aperitif and the wings come with Propeller Pils.

That's how I understood it. Looks pretty tasty. Can't afford it & not making the trip up though. Sigh.
