That looks amazing

It looks like a cake, it sounds like a cake with 4 vanilla beans in it!

Man, the cheerleaders did a number on those burgers. Not a crumb left.
My triple layer cake skills need help, lol. Tastes wicked though. 4 cups of fudge icing.

Are Spanish mackerel any better than ours? Or are they just Nova Scotian mackerel poached by Spanish trawlers?

I like how you added red stripes to the mackerel. Nice touch!
Is that the Pak Choi that was on sale this week at S/S? I bought a bag and loved it. I think I will grow some this year. It is cold tolerant and grows in 30-45 days!

Oh. That actually sounds good. I don't like local mackerel - too oily.

Did some Q' on the weekend. Cheap eye of round for a few hours. Turned out damn tasty! Amazing what a little smoke and some 'low and slow' can accomplish.

Heating the grill up for some home made lean ground chicken burgers, and asparagus. Stuffed em with some diced jalapenos, and onions, topped with a sprinkle of dill.
