The dumplings at Nash's link look good - but probably skip making the wrappers from scratch (having done it both ways, the store bought ones are plenty good enough and save a tonne of headaches)
planning: beer for my cousin's wedding
Fermenting: black ipa
Conditioning:
Kegged: barrel barleywine from 2014 - i think i still have this somewhere

Looks like a good starting point.

It will be store bought wrappers for the first round at least.

Thanks

Shit...just saw this...my SIL is Asian and her family make the best spring rolls I've ever had...if you like, I'll get her to text/ email me the recipe...and while I'm here, what is the story with that True kegerator we spoke about awhile back. My son in law is still in AB but I'll work on him when he returns,
At Bat: several Czech Pils
On Deck: Cream Ale
In the Hole: Kolsch
Clean Up: Tall Ships Ale clones
On tap: Propeller Pils, Festa Cream Ale

Rolls are made =/- 150. Spring roll wraps sucked so we got none.

Any inspiration is welcome. I'm sure it will happen again.

Still have it in storage.

Oh okay...do you recall what the issue might be?

The gasket on the door doesn't hold the door closed and it condenses inside. Some TLC, new gasket or velcro to hold it closed should do it. The tap and lines will need to be cleaned too.

We will take care of that as soon as I get my truck on the road...after my bike of course:-)
