I picked up one of these when Nash did the order not all that long ago. I've been using it ever since for both brewing and cooking. Temperature is virtually instant! Worth every freakin' penny if you ask me!

I agree - definitely worth it, and the backlit display is great for the nighttime brewing sessions.
