Mainly apple, with about 15% maple.

My smoker is arriving next Tuesday. Nothing like you monster, but I should have tasty fun with it. It might take some friggin around to use it as a cool smoker, but I'll give it a go.

That's a cool little machine. Smoked food and beer are an awesome combination.
