Good Lump Charcoal

Post by Eagleray » Fri Feb 01, 2013 2:04 pm

I'm out of my last bag of Nature's Own lump charcoal. Anybody know a place to get good quality charcoal at a fair price?

Thanks,

Jason

$11 and change.

Royal Oak blue bag at Crap Tire is good back up. I like it better than Nature's Own.

I think cabby is still in the business. I like his stuff.

You can give me that bag in exchange for your new CP bottle filler. ;)

Called cabby and hooking up with him tomorrow. $20 a bag now, worth trying. I'll get some of the Royal Oak Blue Bag as well.

I used Cabby's stuff and though it worked good, I found it burned cooler than the stuff from Costco.

I might see about grabbing another bag from him. Could hold it until hoptoberfest if you're coming down.

Yup. I made it through last winter with my stockpile from Costco and plan on doing it again this year.

I've got six bags so far, but planning on grabbing a bunch more. Would hate to run out.
