Ribs off the smoker for Easter Monday. Not the best I've ever done - I got distracted by the beautiful weather and they were a little more dry than I would have liked.

The scale on that pic is misleading - about a foot long and 3 inches diameter.

and I did say they weren't the best ribs I've done... :oops:

Looks really tasty. Those ribs don't look too dry from here.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:

Oh, they were very tasty and fairly tender - just not fall right off the bone tender.

I don't think fall off the bone is the best way to cook ribs.

Agreed. I think perfectly cooked ribs should stay on the bone when you take a bite, but still be nice and tender/juicy (of course).

Tonight will be red ale, white rolls, and BBQ, hickory smoked ( for 4 hours) bone in pork shoulder and UFC. Hell ya! :spilly: :drool:
